Should the Company subsequently repurchase its common shares or issue new
common shares, the total number of common shares outstanding may
change, and the ultimate cash to be distributed to each common share
may need to be adjusted accordingly. The aforesaid AGM has resolved
to authorize the Chairman of the Board to adjust the cash to be
distributed to each common share, based on the total amount of profits
resolved to be distributed and the number of actual common shares
outstanding on the record date for distribution.

This dividend distribution notice is also being handled through“eNotice
Platform”by the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC).
Shareholders are kindly requested to log into the website:
https://stockservices.tdcc.com.tw and register their consent to receive
electronic notifications of dividend distribution via the eNotice Platfrom
one business day prior to the Ex-right/Ex-dividend book closure date
(i.e., before Aug 24, 2023). By doing so, shareholders can receive the
dividend distribution notice via email, contributing to environmental
protection and carbon reduction.
