(1) According to Hubei provincial government announcement, the Company’s
operating subsidiary at Huangshi, Hubei Province, will postpone the date
of resuming operation not earlier than 24:00 February 20.
(2) No employees are infected by the coronavirus so far. The Company
continues to closely monitor the public health control connected with
the coronavirus and implementing the screening and voluntary quarantine
related measures at all factories.

The Huangshi factory is still at the start up stage. Thoe peration is
mainly for the trial run and training the factory workers. The production
output amounts accounted for around 3.3% of total consolidated revenues
in Q4, 2019.
