(1) the Company’s operating subsidiary at Huangshi, Hubei Province, will
resume the operations from February 14 according to the Hubei Province
government announcement.
(2) No employees are infected by the coronavirus so far. The Company has
been closely monitoring the public health challenge connected with the
coronavirus and implementing the screening and voluntary quarantine
related measures at all of the factories.

The Huangshi factory is still at the start up stage. Thoe peration is
mainly for the trial run and training the factory workers. The production
output amounts accounted for around 3.3% of total consolidated revenues
in Q4, 2019.
