located in Kunshan Jiangsu, Zhongshan Guangdong and Huangshi Hubei,
respectively.(1) No employees are infected by the coronavirus so far.
The Company is closely monitoring the public health challenge connected
with the coronavirus and the impacts on the operations resulted from the
hygiene control measures.(2) all operation sites in China have been
maintaining the required manpower level for production during the Chinese
New Year holidays. The operations will not resume on the full scale until
February 10 according to the requirements by the respective local government.
